Local encountered an internal storage or read-model failure after validating the request.
Retryability
Retryable. A transient Local or SQLite failure may clear.
The HTTP response exposes only the bounded code, not query text or retained evidence.
Fix
Retry once, then inspect Local logs and database health. Restart Local if the project store is healthy but the read service is unavailable.
