The canonical candidate representation exceeded 512 KiB. Occupancy does not affect this permanent decision.
Retryability
Not retryable. The candidate itself is too large.
Local mutates no staging, artifact, relationship, or read-model state and does not return candidate content.
Fix
Reduce the safe inline preview or use reference-level capture. The generic observability preview cap does not rewrite marked evidence candidates.
